Elle Concepts, founded by Elizabeth Lesser, specializes in pre-opening strategy, launch and development for Spa, Salon, Wellness & Fitness concepts in the luxury hospitality industry. Accomplished in all phases of feasibility, concept development, construction development, brand marketing and retail planning for beauty & wellness programming relative to resort spas, luxury residential/private clubs and authentic wellness concepts.

Elle Concepts is focused on creating & building spa brand equity with memorable guest experiences, connected retail partnerships and optimizing financial profitability. Experienced in all phases of project development to include pre-opening, launch, operations and remodel/refresh.

Since founding Elle Concepts in 2010, Elizabeth’s consulting business has prospered completely by referral in key hospitality markets to include Las Vegas, Southern California, New York, Chicago, Nashville, Arizona, Florida, Hawaii and Mexico. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has been very fortunate to work with top architects, specialized consultants, interior designers, expert hoteliers and development partners.

Prior to founding Elle Concepts, Elizabeth spent ten years in spa management operations & spa consulting roles with a focus on pre-opening development. Work experience includes pre-opening for MGM Resorts International in the development and launch of Vdara Hotel & Spa at CityCenter in Las Vegas, Canyon Ranch, Hyatt Regency and Southern Highlands Golf Club to include a five-year tenure with WTS International (now Arch Amenity Group). She has valuable experience and expertise working as both a Spa Director and in part of an all star consulting team to support prestigious hotel and premier private club clients. 

Elizabeth is an active board member for the Las Vegas Spa Association (LVSA) from 2005-present and chairs their annual city-wide survey and roundtable event (2009-present).   Additional professional affiliations include International Spa Association (ISPA) and Green Spa Network (GSN) and Live Love Spa.  Elizabeth also greatly enjoys donating time and energy to supporting the Las Vegas community through numerous charitable organizations.

Elizabeth originally moved from to Las Vegas to complete her bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas which included study abroad at École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. Prior she held residence in California, Connecticut and Germany. She has a great love for travel, yoga, skiing, snowboarding and all things spa.
